The hotel had rooms that overlooked the spa and gym, which didn't offer much privacy, but they were all double-glazed and had balconies. The location, surrounded by shops and restaurants, was ideal, with easy access to the beach and great views of the hills. The service from the staff was exceptional, making us feel like part of the Minos family, especially Bandi behind the bar. The dining experience was buffet style with plenty of choices for all tastes. Overall, a great location and friendly service stood out, but there were issues with privacy in the rooms and delays in room maintenance.
